On the morning of December 11, 2021, the 8th (2021) Business School International Certification Seminar (Online) sponsored by SZUCM kicked off. The topic of the conference is "New Standards - Impact, Case Sharing and Evaluation Highlights". Thirty-two teachers and accreditation associates from 8 universities nationwide gathered online to discuss how to boost accreditation work in the transitional period.
Professor Ji Qinghua from CSULB (California State University,Long Beach) gave a detailed interpretation of engagement and social impact, for instance, how the intellectual contribution of business schools should bring positive impact on social progress.
Professor Li Tianxing, international accreditation expert from Fu Jen Catholic University, Taiwan, mainly focused on the 5th Article of the 2020 standard, from how to formulate a scientific AOL(Assurance of Learning) system to how to design a variety of course evaluation tools, from how to set learning objectives aligned with professional competencies to how to interpret the closed-loop process of continuous improvement. Professor Li richly exemplified the practices of the AOL system.
In the accreditation progress, each business school adheres to its mission of the age and aims to serve the school's "double first-class" initiative.
