On June 2, 2024, Mr. Zhen Li, a partner at Zijin Harbor Capital Management Co., Ltd., was invited byDr. Chen Xue, who teaches the MBA course 'Corporate Finance,' to give a lecture on the investment logic in hard technology to students in the entrepreneurship and innovation direction. Mr. Zhen has a strong background in computer technology and extensive experience in compliance and risk investment, particularly skilled in identifying and investing in early-stage startups in core hard technology sectors such as semiconductors, new energy, and new materials.

In his presentation, Mr. Zhen compared the financing and business development of well-known tech companies in China and the U.S., analyzing current industry opportunities in the emerging tech wave. He also provided detailed insights into how to accurately seize investment opportunities in the hard technology sector. Using case studies from smart manufacturing, new energy, and new materials, he explained how to evaluate the value and potential of investment projects from multiple dimensions, including market positioning, risk identification, and founder equity structure.

During the interactive session, students actively asked questions about Chinese companies' international expansion strategies, the prospects of the new energy sector, and specific entrepreneurial ideas like tea beverages.
