Shenzhen University MBA Students Visit Shenzhen Red Vision Company

On the afternoon of January 4, 2025, under the leadership of Associate Professor Zhang Lei, MBA students from Shenzhen University's College of Management visited Red Action Vision Cultural Communication Co., Ltd. in Shenzhen. The purpose of this visit was to gain a deep understanding of the operational model of the cultural entertainment industry and to listen to a lecture by an industry expert.

Red Action Vision Cultural Communication Co., Ltd. is a company with significant influence in the cultural arts/entertainment sector, primarily engaged in IP incubation, brand agency operations, and short video + live streaming training. It boasts extensive experience and successful cases in brand operation. During the visit, the students delved into various aspects of Red Action Vision's development history, business model, corporate culture, and had intimate exchanges with industry experts.

During the visit, the students were fortunate enough to attend a lecture by Ms. Cai Zizi, an expert from Red Action Vision, who has rich experience in brand planning and operations. The theme of her lecture was "Creating Live Streaming Planning that Meets Brand Needs - Taking the Li-Ning Women's Flagship Store Service Plan as an Example."

Ms. Cai's presentation was structured clearly and explained key elements such as market positioning, track positioning, audience targeting, product positioning, and implementation in a straightforward manner. She emphasized the importance of aligning the brand with where target consumers are heading and finding opportunities in crowded markets. Regarding the women's sports market, she provided valuable market insights through detailed analysis of its scale and trends.

Throughout the lecture, Ms. Cai combined the service plan for the Li-Ning Women's Flagship Store to explain how these principles and methods are applied in live streaming planning. Using vivid case studies and solid data, she showcased Red Action Vision's professional strength and innovative capabilities in brand planning and operation.

The visit and lecture not only deepened the students' understanding of the operational model of the cultural entertainment industry but also exposed them to the wisdom and expertise of industry professionals. Students expressed that they gained much from the activity, broadening their horizons and enhancing their professional knowledge and practical skills. They will continue to study diligently to lay a solid foundation for their future career development.
