On the afternoon of 10 April 2026, the School of Management organized a CG (Competency goals) & LG (Learning Goals) Discussion Meeting for all department heads. The session was chaired by Prof. Chen Xingyu, Vice Dean in charge of Internationalization and Talent Recruitment, Attendees included Guo Hainan (Dean’s Assistant), Ke Nianman (HR Program), Jin Bo (PhD Program), Wei Xia (Marketing Program), Wang Gangqiao (E-commerce Program), Wang Yang (Management Science Program), Ren Ge (Business Administration Program), Cui Yi’an (Master’s Program), Li Aijun (MBA Program), Zhang Ruina (Director of the Accreditation Office). Specifically, we invited a third party, the former executive dean of our college, Dr. Michael T.S. Lee to attend the meeting and gave some guidance.

Department heads conducted in-depth exchanges on programs' CGs, LGs and ruibrics. etc. By discussion, each program aligned with the latest AACSB requirements and reached consensus on unified implementation plans. The discussion laid a solid foundation for standardized curriculum management and ensured the school’s educational objectives fully meet AACSB’s rigorous criteria.
