Abstract
The rapid development of digital intelligence technology provides a new opportunity for the construction of new smart health service mode.Health servicemodearepatient experience oriented,scenario-driven,facingnew challenges. From the perspective of service ecosystem, this study takes patient value proposition as the core goal, takes medical care, intelligent information cooperation subjects and patients as three subjects, and takes the "demand discovery - service creation - service delivery - pattern construction - collaborative governance" of health services as the logical main line, and carries out the following research: (1) Demand discovery of smart health services; (2) Intelligent scenario-driven health service co-creation and man-machine collaboration model; (3) Research on intelligent interactive intelligent health service delivery mechanism and evaluation; (4) Research on the construction and dynamic optimization of comprehensive smart health service mode based on service flow integration; (5) Research on collaborative governance mechanism of smart health services.
Speaker's Biography
Deng Zhaohua, Professor and doctoral supervisor, School of Management, Huazhong University of Science&Technology. Professor Deng has been engaged in medical and health management research for a long time, focusing on IT-driven medical and health service model innovation, intelligent medical risk management, doctor-patient trust, intelligent collaboration and other fields.She has undertaken 4 national self-science fund projects and 2 projects of the China Ministry of Education.She is also a council member of Chinese Society of Management Science and Engineering, a council member of CNAIS, a council member of Chinese Society of Information Economics, a committee member of the Society of Artificial Intelligence Technology and Management Application, and a vice president of Hubei E-commerce Society. She is the associate editor of Data Science and Management and BMC Medical Informatics and Decision Making. She has published a series of research results in ISJ, I&M, IJIM, JAMIA, IJMI, Management World, Scientific Research Management, Nankai Management Review and other journals. In 2021 and 2022,she has been selected as "Elsevier China Highly Cited Scholar".
