The guest speaker of this lecture is Qi Xiaoyao, a researcher from the Development Research Center of Bao'an District, Shenzhen.

Qi Xiaoyao is the Ph.D. in management, researcher in economics and adjunct professor at the Economic and Cultural Research Center of Xiamen University. His main research fields are regional economy, industrial economy, innovation economy, engaged in government industrial planning, industrial policy, decision-making consulting for many years. He has published monographs such as "Theory and Practice of Regional Industrial Development" (2021) and "Research on China's Processing Trade" (2011).

In this lecture, researcher Qi Xiaoyao brought a series of problems of industrial integration of industrial innovation parks, from related concepts, concepts of industry-city integration, models of industry-city integration, problems of Shenzhen industry-city integration, and the countermeasures and suggestions given detailed explanation. Researcher Qi Xiaoyao pointed out that since the development of the industrial space, a large number of enterprises have gathered, the industrial structure and population structure have undergone major changes, and the original living facilities can no longer meet the needs. Economic Transformation. Researcher Qi Xiaoyao shared two models of industry-city integration based on the actual situation in Shenzhen, namely "inner city and outer city" and "inner city and outer city". Using actual cases, he pointed out three problems arising from Shenzhen's industry-city integration - - "Microcosmization of Industry-City Integration", "Urban Function High Allocation", "Urban Center Densification". Researcher Qi Xiaoyao put forward four suggestions on the government policy in response to the above three issues, namely, the neighborhood center proposed to promote the integration of industry and city, put Bantian Street under the jurisdiction of Longhua District, do a good job in the integration of the newly expanded park in the high-tech zone, and steadily promote the industry The urban renewal of the park, combined with the actual situation of Shenzhen, analyzed the rationality of these four suggestions. Finally, researcher Qi Xiaoyao shared his research experience from the aspects of "proposing research questions is more important" and "paying attention to cases".
