On October 28 and 30, the Japan Sub-Forum of the 2025 Shenzhen University Youth Scientist Forum, hosted by the College of Management of Shenzhen University (SZU), was successfully held. Focused on promoting SZU's talent introduction policies, the event consisted of two promotion sessions. Its aim was to strengthen academic exchanges and cooperation between SZU and top Japanese universities, as well as to attract more outstanding young scientists to join SZU. Vice Dean Chen Xingyu of the College of Management delivered keynote speeches at the sessions.

The first promotion session of the Japan Sub-Forum kicked off on the morning of October 28 at the Shiran Kaikan of Kyoto University.

Vice Dean Chen Xingyu showcased SZU's development history, school-running characteristics, remarkable achievements, and unique charm to the participants. Based on the actual situation of the School of Management, she analyzed the school's current development status and future blueprint from multiple perspectives, including the talent team, professional departments, discipline construction, and internationalization efforts. She then focused on interpreting SZU's talent echelon construction, personnel management system, talent training pathways, salary and welfare system, as well as the support measures for talent development provided by both the university and the school. This comprehensive introduction fully demonstrated SZU's strong appeal and broad development prospects.

During the Q&A session, participants actively interacted with the speakers, showing strong interest and enthusiasm for the content.

On October 30, the promotion delegation moved to the University of Tokyo and held the second promotion session of the Japan Sub-Forum in the conference hall of the university.
