On October 31, 2025, the Harvard Business Review Management Annual Conference was held in Beijing, during which the 9th Ram Charan Management Practice Awards were grandly announced. Shenjing Technology, relying on the MBA teaching case "Shenjing Technology: From 10 to Infinity, AI Empowers Spatial Design" developed by the team of Pan Yanping from the College of Management, Shenzhen University, won the "AI Application Practice Award" of the Ram Charan Management Practice Awards.

The MBA teaching case depicts how Shenzhen Shenjing Technology Co., Ltd., under the impact of multiple challenges such as the capital winter, the decline of the construction industry, and the controversy surrounding AI entrepreneurship, spent more than a year promoting the transformation and upgrading of the architectural and home furnishing industry through AI technological innovation, and became a dark horse in the "AI + Architecture" segment. Focusing on major national issues such as "how AI, as a representative technology of new quality productive forces, empowers traditional industries and drives the development of emerging strategic industries", the case has three unique features.
Firstly, it focuses on "new quality productive forces" and helps understand its connotation and characteristics. Secondly, it pays attention to the

entrepreneurial thinking and lean entrepreneurship methods of start-ups seeking survival and development when new technologies, new industries and new models emerge. Thirdly, it puts forward the open question of "how AI start-ups can realize sustainable growth by empowering the in-depth transformation of traditional industries through technology". It is helpful for MBA students to discuss how AI start-ups can integrate technological innovation resources to accelerate the formation of new quality productive forces under the pressure of innovation speed competition.
The award-winning case for the "AI Application Practice Award" of the Ram Charan Management Practice Awards was declared based on the teaching case "Shenjing Technology: An Industry-Adapted AI Entrepreneurship Road" (Authors: Pan Yanping, Huang Wenping, Wu Jiewen, Wang Yujia, Chen Jingyi, Zeng Xianju). Recommended by the China Business Case Center of Tsinghua SEM, the case has been launched on the China Business Case Library.
