On the evening of December 21, 2020, Zeng Guang, an automation engineer in the battery section from BYD Co. Ltd, was invited to share experience in the class of “Interview Skills and Practice”, a liberal course of SZUCM.

    Mr. Zeng not only introduced BYD’s philosophy of “Technology always comes first and innovation is fundamental”, their triad path of R&D, technology and self-developed equipment, but also detailed practical applications to recruitment interview and occupational demeanor in particular.
