Biography of the Guest:
Yang Zhong, male, born in September 1963, holds a Doctorate in Management. He is the former Executive Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Nanjing University, Executive Dean of the Yangtze River Industrial Development Research Institute of Nanjing University, Professor and Supervisor of Doctoral Candidates. He serves as a member of the Eighth Discipline Appraisal Group for Business Administration of the State Council, and is the Chief Expert of a major national social science project. His main teaching and research fields include scientific and technological innovation management, organizational behavior, university governance, etc. He has presided over (completed) more than 20 projects, including major national social science planning projects, key and general projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and key entrusted projects of the Ministry of Education's Humanities and Social Sciences Fund. He has published more than 10 works such asResearch on Innovation Chains of Leading EnterprisesandResearch on Knowledge Sharing from the Perspectives of Incentive and Culture, and has published more than 160 papers in journals such asManagement WorldandEconomic Research. The teaching achievement "Innovative Thinking-Oriented 'Double Creation' Management Talent Training Mode" has successively won the First Prize of Jiangsu Province Teaching Achievement Award and the Second Prize of National Teaching Achievement Award. He has won the Jiangsu Provincial People's Government Philosophy and Social Sciences Excellent Achievement Award for many times.
