In a move to bridge academia and industry, TELLUS Group hosted MBA faculty and students from Shenzhen University for a corporate immersion event at its ShuiBei Gold Jewelry Industrial Park on April, 12th, 2025.

The delegation toured key facilities including the Jewelry Mansion retail floors, Yidalong Gold Art Gallery, and Guorun Designer Museum, witnessing first-hand the company's innovative approaches to jewelry design and retail operations.

The highlight came during the afternoon symposium where TELLUS Chairman Fu Chunlong delivered a masterclass on strategic management. "True competitiveness comes from differentiation, not imitation," Fu told attendees while demonstrating Bayesian theory applications in corporate decision-making chains.

Property Operations Director Zeng Wei outlined the company's expansion plans, noting: "Our future growth will leverage both traditional craftsmanship and digital transformation."

Interactive sessions saw MBA candidates grill executives on real-world challenges in China's jewelry market. "This exposure to actual corporate decision-making processes is invaluable," said participating student Li Wenjie.

The event concluded with both institutions pledging deeper collaboration. SZU's MBA program director confirmed plans for regular industry exchanges, while TELLUS announced it would establish a scholarship fund for operations management students.
