The College of Management organized a delegation comprising faculty members, alumni, and current students to visit the exhibition area of Shenzhen Zhongke Technology Robotics Co., Ltd. at the 2025 Global Artificial Intelligence Terminal Exhibition and the Sixth Shenzhen International Artificial Intelligence Exhibition on May 23rd for visiting and exchange activities. Led by Mr. He Jun, Secretary of the Party Committee of the College, the delegation explored the AI exhibition area meticulously built by ZKT, embarking on a content-rich and interactive technological exploration journey. The delegation was warmly received by Wu Sicheng, an outstanding alumnus of the College and Marketing Director of ZQ Robotics.

Founded in October 2023 and headquartered in Shenzhen, Shenzhen Zhongke Robotics Co., Ltd. specializes in the research, development, and production of general-purpose intelligent robots and industry scenario solutions, including humanoid robots and related products. The team originates from China's first batch of legged robot research and industrialization teams, as well as top universities such as UC Berkeley, Tsinghua University, Purdue University, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and North Polytechnic Institute. It conducts full-stack independent research on core components, body intelligence, operation, and control algorithms. The company's products are designed for scenarios such as scientific research and education, industrial manufacturing, commercial services, and family use, committed to promoting the commercialization of humanoid robotics technology globally. In October, Shenzhen Zhongke Robotics Technology Co., Ltd. launched the full-size humanoid robot SE01, positioning it as an industrial robot. On December 24, 2024, the company released the new humanoid robot PM01. On February 23, it was reported that Shenzhen Zhongke Robotics Technology Co., Ltd. completed a round of financing of 200 million yuan, with funds from the Middle East. On May 11, 2025, the company was selected into the 2025 Forbes China Artificial Intelligence Technology Enterprises TOP 50. With its solid technical strength and accurate grasp of market demand, Zhongke Technology is actively promoting robotics technology to empower various industries, standing as an important force in Shenzhen and even the national artificial intelligence and robotics industry.

Guided by ZKT's professional staff, the delegation delved into the exhibition hall, coming into close contact with a variety of robotic products and technological achievements representing the industry's cutting-edge level. Team members were excited to witness a unique robot performance: a 40-kilogram, approximately 1.4-meter-tall humanoid robot with a steel body showed incredibly agile dancing and steady steps. Its smooth waving movements, stable and powerful strides, and precise, coordinated actions perfectly interpreted the industrial aesthetics of the body while demonstrating flexibility and stability, leaving the present teachers, students, and alumni in awe. This intuitively and shockingly demonstrated major breakthroughs in AI for complex action planning, dynamic balance control, and environmental adaptation—not just a technology display, but the most vivid interpretation of the charm of intelligent science and technology. The robot's wonderful performance sparked great interest among the delegation, creating a warm and exciting atmosphere. Under the active guidance of alumnus Wu Sicheng, the delegation watched and listened attentively, showing deep interest and thought in the displayed technologies and application cases. After the performance, everyone took group photos with the robot.

The visit proved far more fruitful than expected. SZU teachers, students, and alumni not only felt the pulse of robotics technology development and the shock and potential brought by intelligent technology but also gained a deeper and more practical understanding of how AI drives industrial upgrading, reshapes business models, and influences social development through in-depth exchanges. For the faculty and students of the College of Management, this cross-border visit was particularly precious, providing an excellent perspective to integrate management theory, business thinking, and cutting-edge technological practice.
