On the afternoon of December 12, 2025, the Party Branch of Teachers in the Marketing Department of Shenzhen University (SZU) School of Management organized the 21st stop of the "20+8" Industry Series Visits—an excursion to Yingwu Technology Group, a leading enterprise in manned low-altitude economy aircraft. Led by Secretary He Jun of the School of Management, the activity was attended by over 30 faculty members, students, and alumni from the College of Management, School of Economics, and the Alumni Liaison Department.

At the beginning of the meeting, Yin Peng, founder of Yingwu Technology Group, introduced the company's core business and overview. Composed of more than 10 doctors from Beihang University and SZU led by Academician Xiang Jinwu and Dean Wu Zongze, as well as over 10 engineers with 20 years of aircraft R&D, manufacturing and airworthiness experience, the group focuses on the R&D of multi-scenario manned eVTOL (electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing) aircraft in urban areas. Currently, its products have been favored by overseas markets; domestically, Yingwu Technology has launched 100-yuan-level one-time flight experience programs to promote low-altitude flight into cultural and tourism consumption. The group has established a Joint Laboratory of Low-Altitude Economy with SZU and Beihang University, and founded a Low-Altitude Industry Alliance. It will further promote the in-depth integration of the low-altitude economy industrial chain and the development of innovative talents in the future, jointly cultivating high-quality talents needed for the development of the low-altitude economy.

During the interactive exchange session, participating faculty and students raised questions enthusiastically. Topics included competitive advantages brought by national policy changes, potential fast-developing fields and integrable theoretical issues amid bottlenecks in large-scale business models, cooperation models between start-ups and the government, differentiated strategies in competition, product positioning and safety, cooperation models between management and technical talents, business talent training from enterprise and alumni perspectives, possibilities of industry-university-research cooperation, and differences in domestic and foreign market promotion. Secretary He Jun of the School of Management and Secretary Zhang Ying of the School of Economics also put forward suggestions and discussed cooperation prospects. Yin Peng had in-depth discussions with the participants on the development trend and commercial operation of the low-altitude economy, exchanged views on scientific research cooperation and industry courses, and explored innovative models of industry-university-research collaboration.

In Yingwu Technology's exhibition center, the faculty and students gained an in-depth understanding of the structure and intelligent control system of low-altitude aircraft, and personally experienced diversified application scenarios such as urban low-altitude sightseeing and emergency inspection, further recognizing the practical value and broad prospects of the low-altitude economy in cultural and tourism fields.

This visit enabled the faculty and students to personally feel the technological cutting-edge and industrial vitality of the low-altitude economy, and further realize the new requirements for talents' knowledge structure and comprehensive practical abilities in this field. In the future, the School of Management will continue to deepen strategic cooperation with Yingwu Technology Group, jointly build an industry-university-research collaborative innovation platform, strive to cultivate high-quality talents with innovative vision and practical ability, and provide solid support for the high-quality development of the low-altitude economy.
