At 9:00 in the morning, the visiting alumni first arrived at the headquarters of Zhongshenaidi Group in Pingshan. As soon as they entered the door, the employees in bright pink overalls received them warmly and felt their love for the corporate culture. Led by ZHANG Kaisheng, all the alumni arrived at the fifth factory in Huizhou at the first stop across the bridge. It is said that when the fifth factory was established, it once attracted many "spies" in the industry, all of whom wanted to enter the most advanced workshop in the industry to find out.
ZHANG Kaisheng led a visit to the mattress production process
In the workshop, the alumni saw the whole process of mattress production and processing, starting from a small spring and gradually forming a complete mattress. In the research and development process, the excellence of every link, such as big data support, market research and insights, can create the output of 3,000 new models every year. Zhongshenaidi has been very successful in the practice of lean production, and they have promoted it in every link.
