On the afternoon of September 26, 2024, from 15:30 to 17:30, Associate Dean Professor Chen Xingyu of SZUCM successfully hosted a talent recruitment fair and delivered an impressive presentation at Hong Kong Polytechnic University. The event aimed to attract outstanding young scholars from Hong Kong Polytechnic University to join the College of Management at Shenzhen University.

At the beginning of the fair, Associate Dean Chen Xingyu provided a brief overview of the development history, disciplinary strengths, and academic achievements of Shenzhen University College of Management. She then detailed the policies offered by the college for talent, including compensation packages, research funding, research team support, and living guarantees, with special emphasis on the "Hundred Talents Program" and the "Distinguished Professor".

The fair attracted the active participation of nearly 40 students from Hong Kong Polytechnic University. During the meeting, Associate Dean Chen Xingyu engaged in in-depth exchanges with attendees, providing detailed answers to their questions about research directions and career development.
