The College of Management, Shenzhen University, has formally signed a five-year cooperation agreement and a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Deakin Business School, Australia, in Melbourne in February 2026. This marks a new phase of strategic collaboration in business education, research innovation, and joint talent development.

Following visits and joint discussions since September 2025, both sides agreed on a three-stage cooperation plan focusing on research collaboration, academic exchanges, and knowledge transfer. The SZU delegation, led by Vice Dean Professor Chen Xingyu, signed the documents with Deakin’s leadership during the International Partner Research Workshop, outlining joint research, student and faculty mobility, and a joint digital innovation laboratory.

The partnership advances the College’s internationalization strategy and strengthens ties between Greater Bay Area and Australian business schools. It will foster cross-border innovation, resource sharing, and joint academic impact, supporting SZU’s development as an international hub for business education and research in the Greater Bay Area.
