On December 14, 2021, Dean LI Li, Secretary HE Jun, and the outstanding alumni visited the enterprise of 1986 alumnus YE Xiaobin, Guangdong Junya Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., with stock code 603386.
The visit was accompanied by alumni YE Xiaobin, Vice President LI Peng, and the secretary to the board of directors. During the exchange, the college leaders introduced the development and planning of the College of Management, and alumnus YE Xiaobin introduced the business and market size of the enterprise, as well as the difficulties encountered in the operation process and the subsequent summary of experiences. He carefully explained industry trends and market insights to the alumni, and candidly shared his most authentic entrepreneurial stories. The college leaders and alumni present exchanged ideas and gained a lot from the event, which left a lasting impact and deep resonance.
In the spirit of jointly building the Shenzhen University Alumni Association College of Management Branch with alumni, the college also sincerely invited alumnus YE Xiaobin to join the alumni association as a member of the board of directors and attend the board meeting on January 8, 2022.

The visit ended successfully. This exchange not only deepened the understanding between the College of Management and the alumni enterprise but also allowed the alumni who accompanied us to learn a lot of excellent qualities and entrepreneurial spirit from alumnus YE Xiaobin, who graduated in 1986.
In the future, the alumni association plans to visit at least one alumni enterprise every month to continue enhancing the connection between the College and alumni, and the linkage between alumni themselves.

Guangdong Junya Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in research and development, production, and sales of printed circuit boards. The company was established in November 2005 and was listed on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange in September 2017, with stock code 603386.
Currently, the company has six production bases in South China (Shenzhen, Huizhou, and Zhuhai in Guangdong Province), Central China (Changsha in Hunan Province and Longnan in Jiangxi Province), and East China (Guangde in Anhui Province). Its business scope covers "special PCBs," "high-layer PCB prototypes," "small and medium batch PCBs," "large batch PCBs," "FPC & RFPC," "SMT and contract manufacturing." Its products are widely used in consumer electronics, automotive electronics, communications, industrial control, security, power, energy, medical, and other fields. Junya is a long-term partner of more than 100 well-known domestic and foreign companies such as Huawei, ZTE, Samsung, Wistron, and ABB.

Alumni Entrepreneurship Stories
In 2005, at a time when many people believed that finance was the top of the commercial food chain and "abandoned industry for finance," alumni YE Xiaobin (Chairman of Guangdong Junya) went against the trend. While achieving success in the investment field, he returned to the industry and started his "hard and tiring" journey in the printed circuit board (PCB) industry. He took over a PCB factory that was in a loss-making state from a friend, and began his circuit board entrepreneurship.
YE Xiaobin jokingly said that his family was strongly opposed to this decision, but he wanted to choose a career that could continue to invest in the future. He firmly believed that industry revitalizes the country. So, he went to visit some PCB factories himself and collected various information about the industry. In the process, he realized that the prospects of the circuit board industry were promising, and he made up his mind to cultivate this industry.
After years of hard work, Guangdong Junya has grown from a small loss-making factory to two large production bases in Huizhou, Guangdong and Longnan, Jiangxi. In 2019, the company completed the acquisition of Mutai Lai, extending its products and services to customers and forming a clear positioning and complementary advantages in its business pattern. YE Xiaobin said that the "intelligent factory" being built in Longnan uses an Internet industrial cloud platform management system. In the first half of 2021, Guangdong Junya achieved impressive results: its operating income was about 1.241 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 39.09%; the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was about 115 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 207.39%; and the basic earnings per share was 0.52 yuan, a year-on-year increase of 205.88%!
After getting to know YE Xiaobin, it is evident that he is low-key and humble. He practices the motto of Shenzhen University of being down-to-earth, self-improving, and constantly thinking about how to bring value to society and create a sustainable enterprise.
