Talent Recommendation and 2024 Internationalization Projects Application Mobilization Meeting was successfully held

The College of Management at Shenzhen University successfully conducted a talent recommendation and application mobilization meeting for the 2024 Internationalization Project on January 9, 2024, in Room A203 of the Mingli Building in Lihu Campus. The event was attended by Dean Zhang Weiguo, Associate Deans Niu Ben and Chen Xingyu, along with several young faculty members. Associate Dean Chen Xingyu presided over the meeting.

Dean Zhang Weiguo's Address

At the onset, Dean Zhang Weiguo reviewed the achievements of the Talents recruitment in 2023, highlighting the award received by the college - the "Liyuan Bole Award" of Shenzhen University in 2023. The success was attributed to the hard work and dedication of the faculty. The Dean encouraged the teachers to actively recommend more candidates for the school's overseas young talent program. Additionally, the school will provide financial incentives and recognition to those who actively participate in the recommendation process.

Associate Dean Niu Ben's Speech

Associate Dean Niu Ben emphasized that the overseas young talent project is an excellent opportunity for outstanding talents from abroad to return to China. He assured full scientific research support for the school's talent attraction plan for overseas young talents.

Associate Dean Chen Xingyu's Introduction

Associate Dean Chen Xingyu introduced the criteria for talent recruitment, details of the overseas young talent project, the establishment of the Bole Award, and international funding policies. She encouraged the faculty to actively recommend talents and apply for the university's internationalization projects in 2024.

The meeting concluded with faculty members sharing their opinions and suggestions on innovative methods for talent introduction. The event was successfully wrapped up with a constructive exchange of ideas.
