COLLEGE mission discussion

Members present: the college leading group, director of each department, teacher representatives

Meeting was called to order at 9:00 am

  1. Each depart represent recent processes, each for 3 minutes

     

  2. Discuss about the college mission, setting and strategic plan


  3. Conclude that we should focus on both teaching and research, think about who we are and what are we going to be. Think about the dimension of each faculty’s contribution to the college. Thank about what kind of students we plan to cultivate and what’s the essence of teaching.


  4. The mission, vision and value of the college are under discussion.
