Public required courses include basic English, situation and policy, philosophy. Required experience consists of academic lectures, literature reading and teaching/social practice.

All three programs are three-year, full-time degree programs. Students must achieve 32 to 34 credits of courses (including teaching social practice and literature reading) and pass the graduation thesis defense to obtain the master's degree certificate. In order to ensure the teaching quality, the program carries out strict management process for students, including performance assessment, thesis proposal and dissertation defense. After their third semester study, graduate students need a performance assessment based on their ethic, credits and scientific research ability. They can enter the dissertation stage unless they perform well in assessment. After the thesis proposal is approved, students should complete their dissertation independently under the supervision of their mentors. The university puts forward specific requirements on thesis writing, including originality, innovation and standardization of writing.
